The
Brualdi Law Firm has had significant experience in litigating consumer
class actions over the years. Among others, these cases include:

Tegnazian v. Consolidated Edison, Inc.,
No. 99/603258 (Supreme Court of the State of New
York, New York County), wherein The Brualdi Law Firm, PC was one of
three plaintiffs’ co-lead counsel in an action which challenged the
actions of local utility Consolidated Edison, Inc. in blacking out
large parts of the Washington Heights neighborhood of New York City
during a heat wave in the summer of 1999.

In re Doubleclick Inc. Privacy Litig.,
No. 00-Civ.-0641 (United States District Court for
the Southern District of New York), wherein The Brualdi Law Firm, PC
was one of plaintiffs’ counsel in an action which challenged the
actions of a major internet company as violating the privacy rights
of its customers.
