The
Brualdi Law Firm has had significant experience in litigating
anti-trust class actions over the years. Among others, these cases

Taikina v. Nine West Group, Inc.
98 Civ. 0494 (United States District Court for the Southern
District of New York), wherein The Brualdi Law Firm was one of the
plaintiffs’ counsel in an antitrust action challenging Nine West
Group’s alleged violations of the antitrust laws in maintaining the
price of its shoes at an artificially high level in violation of the
Sherman and Clayton antitrust acts.

In re: Compact Disc Minimum Advertised Price
Antitrust Litig., MDL Docket No. 1361
(United States District Court for the District of Maine), wherein
The Brualdi Law Firm was one of the plaintiffs’ counsel in an
antitrust action challenging the actions of a number of music
companies in allegedly artificially maintaining the price of compact
disc’s at artificially high levels in violation of the Sherman and
Clayton antitrust acts.

In re Verizon Antitrust Litig.,
No. 02 Civ. 6907 (United States District Court for
the Southern District of New York), wherein The Brualdi Law Firm was
one of the plaintiffs’ counsel in an antitrust action challenging
the actions of a number of telecommunications companies in allegedly
artificially maintaining the price of their services at artificially
high levels in violation of the Sherman and Clayton antitrust acts.

Luna v. BMW of North America, LLC et al.,
No. 03 Civ. 2488 (United States District Court for
the Eastern District of New York), wherein The Brualdi Law Firm was
one of the plaintiff’s counsel in an antitrust action challenging
the actions of major automobile manufacturers in selling their
products at lower prices in Canada, and then prohibiting the resale
of these products in the United States.
