Mr. Titus earned his B.A. in English from Siena College. He earned his J.D. from Brooklyn Law School, where he earned the Joan Offner Touval Memorial Scholarship, given annually to the first year student who submitted the outstanding brief in the Legal Writing program. Mr. Titus is admitted to the Bars of the State of New York and the United States District Courts for the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York.
